The BBQ Mafia is three buddies that share the art of great BBQ. We annually get together to work on different meats and different ways to BBQ from the Argentina Asadore cooking over a natural fire pit, to cooking a hundred pound pig in a La Caja China wooden box. We just really enjoy each others company and really try pushing for new ideas and share a real sense of pushing the limits with smoke, fire, and coals. We commonly are known for doing throw down competition on anything we can find to cook. We have invested in a large trailer Traeger smoker BBQ that we utilize for cooking for big events, weddings, or anything that people needed the BBQ Mafia for.
