I am just a guy that loves meat and hunting and great food. I believe in harvesting your own food if possible and putting your hard work on the table with a creative end result of flavors popping in your mouth. My goal is too change the way people think about wild game, seafood, mountain mushrooms, etc. one mouth at a time. I am a husband, a father, and an outdoorsman.
